| Who we are |
Think Place develop masterplans on behalf of clients. Every masterplan is different and requires a unique set of specialist skills. We do not employ a 'one-size-fits-all' approach, but instead we focus on selecting the appropriate team for a project. We do this by combining our in-house skills with specilaist consultants, drawing on a network gained over 25 years in the development and regeneration industry. Our in-house skills include: urban design, programme and project management, client representation, stakeholder management and public-sector regeneration. Our strategic skills are supported by design assistants, draughtsmen, graphic designers, illustrators and modelmakers to deliver comprehensive masterplan documents. Every project is managed by a member of our core team, who will initially agree with the client the correct framework for developing a masterplan and select the appropriate team of specialist consultants. To achieve this we work with architects, landscape designers, transport and movement consultants, engineers, town planners, destination consultants, agents and economic consultants.
